The petition is for the following reliefs:
"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to strictly comply with the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission forthwith.
b) Call for records to examine the deliberate and wilful non-compliance of the Commission's order.
c) Impose costs and exemplary damages upon the Respondents for harassment and violation of fundamental rights." The petitioner seeks for strict compliance to the directions dated 25.02.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission (CIC). He seems to have made various applications before the CIC. One of the applications is dated 26.02.2026 annexed as P-3 in the writ petition. 5.
According to him, the concerned Authorities have not complied with the directions dated 25.02.2025.

The Court finds that the Section 19(8)(a) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, clearly empowers the CIC to deal with such a grievance. Accordingly, if the petitioner has made the aforesaid application dated 26.02.2026, let the same be taken to its logical conclusion by the CIC within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order passed today.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 8.
