The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Issue appropriate directions to the Learned Family Court, Saket (South), New Delhi, to take up and decide Misc. No. 655/2026 in HMA No. 309/2019 seeking revival of the main petition, at the earliest and within a time-bound manner; (b) Issue appropriate directions directing the Learned Family Court, Saket (South), New Delhi, to expeditiously dispose of H.M.A. No. 343/2013, preferably within a period of six months from the date of revival, or within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
