Learned senior counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner wishes to impugn the Respondent's decision to cancel the tender and float a fresh tender.

Consequently, this Court disposes of the present writ petition as infructuous giving liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the Respondent BSNL decision to scrap/cancel the tender and float a fresh tender. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
