CM No.16728/2020 (Exemption from filing notarized affidavit) This application has been filed seeking exemption from filing duly notarised affidavit. Binding the deponent of the affidavit to the contents of the application, the exemption is granted.

Application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 4627/2020 It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a petition seeking letter of succession being PC No.56/19, which is pending adjudication before the learned ADJ-02, North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi. The same is to be listed for recording of evidence on 29.08.2020. The present petition has been filed claiming that the petitioner is a senior citizen residing in India all alone and wishes to go to Australia where

her son resides, however, is unable to go because of this case. Having considered the submissions made, it is directed that PC No. 56/19 be listed before the concerned learned ADJ on 29.08.2020. The learned Judge would consider the recording of evidence through video conferencing, in case the normal functioning of the Courts is not resumed till that date. An endeavour shall also be made to dispose of the petition expeditiously.

The present petition is disposed of with the above directions. A copy of this order be placed before the learned ADJ for information.
