The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to transfer the petitioner from Central Jail No. 05, Tihar, Delhi to the Semi-Open Jail, Central Jail, Tihar, Delhi. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the State states that the petitioner's grievance does not survive as the petitioner has been transferred to the SemiOpen Jail, Central Jail, Tihar on 14.10.2019. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
