% 01.12.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29th October, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties and their counsels. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. Suit is disposed of in terms of "Mark C-1".

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued to the plaintiff by the Registry. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
