% 20.10.2016 Karan has appeared in person and we have spoken to him in Court in the presence of Ms. Pallavi S Kansal, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Karan will be taken to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre for interaction with the child psychologist. Status report filed by Delhi Police is taken on record. Counsel appearing for the father of the petitioner assures that the family will take care of the wishes and desires of the child. We note that this is the second occasion on which Karan had left home.

We appreciate the efforts put in by the investigating officer, who on the basis of small lead was able to trace out the child at Jammu. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. SANJIV KHANNA, J.

Later on Ms. Pallavi S Kansal, Advocate had appeared in the Court and informed that the child psychologist is not available in Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. The petitioner has been informed that the child psychologist will be coming to the Mediation Centre on 21.10.2016 at 11 AM.
