After making some submissions, Dr. M.K. Gahlaut and Mr. Utsav Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seek leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to adopt such remedies as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
