Petitioner interalia impugned order dated 07.03.2024 whereby the bank accounts of the petitioner have been provisionally attached in exercise of powers under section 83 of the Central Goods and Services Act. 2.

removal of provisional attachment has been rejected. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said order has not yet been communicated to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that speed post sent to the registered address of the petitioner has been returned with the endorsement that " no such entity exists at the said address". 5.
Respondents are directed to serve a copy of the order on the petitioner at residential address of the petitioner mentioned i.e. 61, Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi in addition through learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to leave withdraw the petition reserving the rights of the petitioner to file a fresh petition interalia impugning order dated 28.03.2024.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
