By the present application, the Applicant seeks an extension of six months to vacate the premises in question in compliance of order dated 19th July 2016 in RSA 167/2004. Vide the said order time of four years i.e., until 31st July 2020 was given to the Applicant to vacate the premises. Mr. A. Matri, ld. counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicants and the Respondents are related and the Applicants have been unemployed since March, 2020.
