2. It is seen that what was claimed by the Petitioner before the Arbitrator was Rs. 21 lakhs. Even after adding the interest and claim for compensation, the total sum works out is less than Rs. 1 crore. The petition is, accordingly, directed to be transferred to the learned District Judge, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
