% 21.12.2016 Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a Manager's Cheque bearing no.005691 dated 20th December, 2016 drawn on HDFC Bank, Tagore Garden, New Delhi for Rs.4,30,000/- in full and final settlement in accordance with the settlement agreement dated 27th July, 2015. The same is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed and the notices issued are discharged.
