By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 146/2024 dated 25.03.2024, registered at Police Station Kanjhawala, New Delhi, under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. R.K. Shrivastav, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh, supported by affidavits of the petitioners.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
