% 31.01.2017 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus. 4 years old son of the petitioner has been missing since 04.12.2014. Various status reports have been filed detailing the steps taken to recover the missing boy.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that the respondent would continue to search the missing child and they would inform the petitioner about the progress made once every two months at the address provided in this writ petition.

Based on the statement made, as prayed, the writ petition is disposed of.

We make it clear that the State would continue to take all necessary steps to recover the missing child.
