1. The Court has perused the impugned order dated 23rd January, 2018 dismissing an application filed by the present Appellant seeking modification of an earlier order dated 12th December, 2017.

2. In the impugned order, the learned Single Judge has noted that on comparing the order typed on 12th December, 2017 with the stenographer‟s notes of the dictation, it appeared that there was no discrepancy in the order as typed. The learned Single Judge has rightly noted that his was a Court of record and with

the order in question having been dictated in open Court and found to be tallying with the final typed order issued to the parties, there was no question of any further modification.

3. There is no merit to this appeal and it is dismissed as such. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
