(Crl.) 1148/2020 The petitioners state that subsequent to last order dated 28.07.2020, the concerned officers of the Delhi Police visited Kolkata and have questioned the petitioners; whereupon the petitioners have been informed that they are no more required in FIR No.63/2020 dated 31.03.2020 registered at PS: Crime Branch; and further, that the Delhi Police has informed the FRRO and other concerned agencies to close the Look-out Circulars (LOCs) opened against the petitioners. 2.
In these circumstances, the petitioners submit that the writ petitions be disposed of, with a direction to the concerned authorities to allow the petitioners to return to their respective countries. 3.
Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State alongwith ACP Arvind Yadav and S.I. Yograj of PS: Crime Branch have joined the video-conference hearing. Mr. Mehra submits, on instructions, that insofar as all petitioners in these 04 petitions are concerned, investigation against them is complete and they are no longer required in FIR No.63/2020. Mr. Mehra further confirms that intimation for closing LOCs against the petitioners has been sent by the Delhi Police to the FRRO and to the Bureau of Immigration; and in fact the LOCs have been closed. 4.
Though the Investigating Officer of the case, Inspector Satish Kumar, is not present since he stated to be in a hearing in another court, these submissions are affirmed by ACP Arvind Yadav, who is stated to be the supervising officer in the investigation. W.P.(Crl.)1143/2020 & conn. matters Page of

Mr. Rohan Anand, learned counsel for respondent No.3/Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, states that in view of the statement made on behalf of the Delhi Police, the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs has no objection to the petitions being disposed of; and that the Ministry will not stand in the way of the petitioners exiting the country.

In the circumstances, Mr. Khan submits that the petitioners will make arrangements for their exit from the country at the earliest, depending on availability of flights.

Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of, taking the statements of all counsel on record.

The writ petitions stand disposed of.
