Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the respondent has furnished the order of assessment and has also indicated the amount of liability in respect of the property involved in the instant writ petition. 2.
He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition with further liberty to take necessary recourse in accordance with law before the Appellate Tribunal-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('AT-MCD'). 3.
Reserving all rights and contentions in favour of the respective parties, the Court allows the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
