Prasad Nagar, under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Impugned Chargesheet dated 20.06.2022 filed by Investigating Officer from P.S. Prasad Nagar, and Impugned Summoning Order dated 03.08.2022 passed in CT. Case No. 10948 titled "State vs. Barun Kumar Dutta & Ors." by Ms. Jyoti Maheshwari, MM (Mahila Court-04), Central District, Tis Hazari District Courts, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom; B. Pass an Order thereby calling for Trial Court Records of CT. Case No. 10948 titled "State vs. Barun Kumar Dutta & Ors." pending before Ms. Jyoti Maheshwari, MM (Mahila Court-04), Central District, Tis Hazari District Courts, New Delhi; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
