Prasad Nagar, and Impugned Summoning Order dated 03.08.2022 passed in CT. Case No. 10948 titled "State vs. Barun Kumar Dutta & Ors." by Ms. Jyoti Maheshwari, MM (Mahila Court-04), Central District, Tis Hazari District Courts, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom; B. Pass an Order thereby calling for Trial Court Records of CT. Case No. 10948 titled "State vs. Barun Kumar Dutta & Ors." pending before Ms. Jyoti Maheshwari, MM (Mahila Court-04), Central District, Tis Hazari District Courts, New Delhi; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
