By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following directions:- "A. Issue appropriate writ(s)/orders directing the concerned police officials of the P.S. Daryaganj , Delhi to complete the investigation in the aforesaid FIR No. 245 of 2019 dated 14.12.2019 registered under section 420/467/468/471/34 IPC at P.S. Darya Ganj, Delhi and file the chargesheet/final report as expeditiously as possible. AND B. Issue appropriate writ(s)/orders directing the Commissioner of Police to take hold of the present case and direct their subordinate officials to ensure there is expedient investigation and due compliance of obligations for filing the chargesheet/final report before the concerned court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. OR;

C.
