Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that grievances raised in this petition may be better raised before the concerned Committee of this Court.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the respective claims of the parties, we permit the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned Committee through the Registrar General of this Court within a fortnight.
