% 18.09.2019 Vide order dated 21st May, 2019 the parties were referred to the mediation process. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed a settlement report dated 21st August, 2019 running into eight pages which includes Annexure-A, whereby the partiers have settled their inter se disputes. Learned counsels for the parties state that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement. They state that the suit be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed with no costs in terms of the settlement report dated 29th August, 2019 which annexes a family settlement agreement, marked as Annexure-A to the settlement report. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
