Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for giving the direction to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to save the life and liberty from Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Learned counsel on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as the family members have got the Petitioner and the Complainant married.
