The petitioner raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in property bearing no. F/165, Adjacent to Shaheen Public School, Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has already been booked on 07.03.2024 and a demolition order qua the said property has already been passed subsequently.
