The present writ petition has been filed for issuing directions to the respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") for demolition of the property of respondent no. 3, i.e., the property measuring 250 sq. yards, bearing no. A-21, West Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110094, wherein, the unauthorised construction is being carried out by respondent no. 3.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1/MCD, on instructions, submits that the property in question was inspected yesterday, i.e., 15th April, 2025.

She submits that the construction being carried out by respondent no. 3, is in accordance with the sanctioned building plan. She further submits that there are no deviations.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
