Mr. Hirein Sharma, the learned APP, says that pursuant to the last order i.e. order dated 19.08.2020, a status report has been filed in the matter. 2.
Mr. Mir Akhtar Hussain, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, confirms that he has received a copy of the status report. 3.
Mr. Sharma says that his inquiries have revealed that the petitioner has been tested positive for Coronavirus.

Given this circumstance, Mr. Hussain says that in view of the order dated 24.08.2020, passed by the Full Bench of this Court, in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, the period of enlargement of the petitioner be extended up until 30.10.2020.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to extend the petitioner's bail period till 31.10.2020 subject to the same terms and conditions as indicated in the order dated 10.06.2020, passed in Bail Application No. 1138/2020, being made applicable mutatis mutandis to this petition as well.
5.1 It is ordered accordingly.

The instant petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
