% 11.05.2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the learned JMFC (Mahila Court)-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CT Case No. 314/2021 under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 alongwith the related proceedings. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the complaint has been pending since 2021; and no substantive progress has been made in the matter till now.

The ordersheets of the proceedings pending before the learned Mahila Court have been appended to the petition.
