Heard the learned counsel for the parties. For redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already approached the Special Task Force (STF) by way of making an online complaint on 24.02.2025 which has been enclosed as Annexure P-1 appended to the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the appropriate authority of the STF to consider the said complaint and take appropriate action that may be warranted in law, of course under intimation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
