The Petitioner herein essentially prays for issuance of Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash allotment of contract for supply of CNC AXLE Turning Lathe in favour of Respondent No. 3 on 19.03.2026.

In fact, NIT was issued on 11.09.2025 calling upon the interested parties to submit their bid in Two Packet System. 5.

The Petitioner claims that Respondent No. 3 has been awarded contract though it did not furnish certain documents as required in NIT.
