% 31.07.2020 This hearing has been held through video conferencing. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the proper party to this petition should have been the Commissioner of Customs (Export). He has instructions from the said Authority and as per the instructions, the petitioner was called to join in some investigation today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not gone pursuant to such summons because this petition was listed before this Court.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Authority for recording his statement today, that is 31.07.2020, at 2:30 p.m.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved of any order passed by the Authority, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties by way of an e-mail.
