This is a transfer petition for transfer of Probate Case No. 34/2021 titled 'Supriya Anand v. State & Ors.' pending adjudication before the Court of Sh. Shiv Kumar, Additional District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to this Court, to be tried and adjudicated alongwith CS(OS) 477/2024. 2.

The learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that there is no objection with regard to the transfer of the Probate Case under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to this Court, to be adjudicated alongwith CS (OS) 477/2024.

The learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, confirms that the Respondent has consented to such transfer. 4.

Accordingly, the Probate Case No. 34/2021 titled 'Supriya Anand v.
