The Petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of the reconstitution proposal of the commissioned petrol pump dealership submitted by the Petitioner vide letter dated 26.04.2022. 2.
It transpires that a decision has been taken on the issue. 3.
Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the Order dated 08.08.2023 and take such steps as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
