Having considered the nature of the directions contained in the impugned order dated 23.01.2020, the Court finds that the same are purely within the realm of advice. It is up to the petitioner, if it thinks fit owing to any justifiable reason, to not follow the advice in question, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take that recourse. It, however, must be placed on record being maintained by the petitioner. As on date, there is no injury, or infringement of legal right, for the redressal of which, a writ can be entertained.
