Petitioner nos. 1 and 2, who claim to be the parents of one Mithila Murada, are aggrieved by the acts of her husband i.e. respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that on account of cruelty and harassment towards their daughter by respondent No.2, petitioner No.1 had lodged a complaint in PS Rajinder Nagar on 28.03.2024. He further submits that NCR(s) also came to be registered on 16.03.2024 and 31.03.2024 at PS Rajinder Nagar. He further states that the daughter is living with the petitioners. He prays that adequate protection be provided to the petitioners.

Issue notice.

Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State accepts notice. He submits that an inquiry was carried out in which it was found that the daughter is presently living with her parents. numbers of the Beat Officer as well as SHO of PS Rajinder Nagar would be provided to the petitioners. He further states that Beat Officer shall make regular visit to the house of the petitioners. 5.

Further, the petitioners and their daughter shall be at liberty to seek remedy as may be available in accordance with law, w.r.t the complaints/NCR filed.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
