This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 1 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 39312023 P.S. Model Town to some other unit or department of Delhi police.

b) Direct the Respondent No-1 to complete the Free and Fair investigation within two months of filing the present petition; c) Call for an explanation from the Respondent No-2 SHO P.S. Model Town over the gross malafide delay and intentional inaction in the investigation which has been intentionally overlooked by the Respondent No-2;

d) Pass any other order which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in view of the facts and circumstances of the case."

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court, if necessary and if so advised, seeking further investigation in the matter. 6.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
