Matter is taken up today as 02.03.2026 was declared holiday in light of Notification No. 64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026. 2.
This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 64(1) of the Patents Act, 1970 read with Section 2(1)(c)(xvii) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Section 151 CPC for revocation of Indian Patent IN414518 and to direct Respondent No. 2 to remove the said patent from the Register of Patents.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that the patent in question stands revoked and therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous, which is acknowledged by learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.
