% 07.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No.370/14, PS Anand Parbat, under Sections 323/354/354(A)/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 & POCSO of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
