The compliance affidavit dated 19.05.2019 has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.4085/2017, the respondents have declared the result of the examination of ASI Draftsman. She states that the petitioner could not qualify the exam. She seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other remedies available in law.

As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
