By way of this petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate disputes between the parties under a contract dated 12.04.2016 for construction of residential accommodation at Hissar, Haryana awarded to the petitioner by the Director General, Married Accommodation Project.
