Vide order dated 28.04.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

The Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.27,00,000/- to the respondent no.2 which was deposited by petitioners on 16.10.2024 in terms with their mediation settlement, along with the interest accrued thereon. For that purpose, list before the Registrar General on 01.05.2025."

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that an amount of ₹27,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitioners [respondent in MAT. App. (F.C.) No.85/2024 titled Kriti Singh vs. Akshay Panwar] in terms of order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court. He further submits that all the disputes between the parties have been settled as per the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in aforesaid case and, therefore, requests that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the amount lying deposited in MAT. App. (F.C.) No.85/2024 be released to the respondent No.2/Kriti Singh in terms of order dated 28.04.2025 passed in the present case.

Statement of respondent No.2 qua release of the aforesaid amount has been recorded separately and she has been identified by her counsel. 4.
In view of the above, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of ₹27,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest to respondent No.2/Ms. Kriti Singh, (deposited in MAT. App. (F.C.) No.85/2024), in terms of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court on verification of identity and after receiving receipt from her.
