% 21.08.2018 Learned counsel appearing for the OL states that the OL has filed a report which is not on record whereby the OL has pointed out that the Directors Shri Pawan Gaur and Ms.Swati Gaur have recorded their statements before the OL. From the report it transpires that there are presently no assets available of the respondent company. Some assets that were available were mortgaged with financial institutions who have already sold the assets for recovery of their dues. The fund position of the company is Rs.-295/- and hence no claims have been invited from the creditors though it has received one claim for Rs.12,12,600/-. Nothing further survives in this petition. The company is ordered to be dissolved under section 481 of the Companies Act. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
