It is pointed out that on 10th July 2024, in Bail Appl. 1769/2024 on behalf of co-accused Baharuddin, this Court had noted that only 4 official witnesses were to be examined and the trial was about to conclude, and it was therefore requested that trial be expedited and concluded within next 4 months. The bail petition was accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
