The petitioners are employees in the respondent No. 2-Bureau of Indian Standard ["BIS"]. They have filed a representation on 27.01.2025, seeking an opportunity to participate in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for the post of Scientific Cadre or, in the alternative, to reserve/earmark the post of Scientific Cadre for Technical Assistant(Lab).
