The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an assessment order dated 28.02.2025 passed under Section 143(3) and Section 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [the Act].

Concededly, the petitioner has an appellate remedy under the Act. 3.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of its statutory remedy under the Act. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved in this regard.
