Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Application.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner is in incarceration since 02.01.2018 and has already undergone six years of imprisonment and only two public witnesses have been examined till now, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and complete the examination within six months from today.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
