The present petition under Section 25 B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble court to kindly stay the operation of impugned order dated 17.08.2024 passed by the Hon'ble court of Sh Vaibhav Chaurasia, Ld. ARC, (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in eviction petition no:- RC ARC :-41/2023 titled Sahil Khan Vs. Johra Begum whereby the application for leave to defend as filed by the petitioner was dismissed and an eviction order was passed against the petitioner in respect of tenanted premises bearing Shop no. 3, Ground Floor, WZ-16, Jawalaheri Village. Paschim Vihar, New Delhi- 110063."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. 4.
There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on previous dates of hearing, i.e., 14.01.2026 and 18.02.2026, as well. Vide order dated 14.01.2026, this Court had observed as under: - "3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the subject premises had been vacated and the physical possession of the same had been handed over to the respondent, in pursuance of the eviction order dated 17.08.2024, impugned in the present petition."

Vide the aforesaid order, Court notice of default was also issued to the petitioner including through counsel returnable for 18.02.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been served through WhatsApp. 7.
In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed in default for nonprosecution and disposed of. 8.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. 9.
