This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.917/2023 dated 12.12.2023 under Sections 392/394/397/354/427/34 IPC registered at PS: Sarai Rohilla. 4.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that applicant has been declared as a Proclaimed Offender vide order dated 28.03.2024.

Confronted with this, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present application to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum. 6.
