By way of the present application, the applicant seeks modification in conditions contained in the bail order, requiring him to furnish surety from India and surrendering his passport.

The accused has appeared before this Court from Judicial Custody and has been identified by his counsel and states that this application has been moved for modification of the condition of bail granted to him through his counsel.
