The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to take action against unauthorised construction at property bearing No. W-12, House No. 47A (Front Side), Sainik Farm, Delhi - 110062.

Along with the writ petition, a reply to the RTI application has been placed on record, in terms of which the respondent no.1/MCD has stated that demolition action has been taken against the subject property on various dates.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice submits that the next demolition action is planned for 14th May, 2026. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.

The respondent no.2, SHO, P.S. Neb Sarai, shall provide the necessary police force to the respondent no.1/MCD for the purposes of carrying out the demolition action.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights and contentions of the owner/occupier/private respondent are kept open.
