Petitioner herein is defendant before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 06.12.2023 whereby the learned Trial Court had closed her right to lead evidence in defence. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent appears through video conferencing.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the suit has already been decreed by the learned Trial Court on 30.05.2024. She states that, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to impugn the order dated 06.12.2023 along with the order dated 30.05.2024 whereby the suit has been decreed. 4.

In view of aforesaid peculiar development, the petition is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

Liberty as prayed is granted.
