It is not disputed that the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation. Charge sheet has been filed.

Vide order dated 23rd January, 2017, my learned predecessor had ordered that the petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date of hearing. This interim order was continued from time to time and is still in operation.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
